Project Information

This is a military retirement shadowbox with attached flag holder and a matching flag holder I made for a retiring US Navy Sailor.
The wood is more of the Indian dontknow I use in most of my projects.
The shadowbox and holder stand 42 inches tall.
The shadowbox itself is 22 by 28 inches.
The wood between the flag holder and base in both pieces is the same wood, but is stained a slightly lighter color.

nonick,
I gave the customer the wood for the laser engraved piece between the flag and shadowbox, then put it together when he brought it back.
The brass plate the customer provided.

BTW the blue background is Duck Cloth, a canvas-like material, I got a JoAnn's fabrics.
It works REALLY well for making the backing boards, which are cloth glued to foam-board.
