Project Information

I had to cut a block off of one of the bowl blanks that was split and it was to big to throw away. This is what it turned into. The turning isn't hard to do but it getting the lid joint right is a challenge for me. I'm learning though. Just takes practice. I am also learning how to use jam chucks to remove the top and bottom tenons. Always new things to learn. Like they say it's never to late to teach an old dog new tricks.

I just noticed that I didn't have the lid down all the way which is the reason for the crack under the lid.
