I haven't taken on my first scrollsaw project yet, but this is on top of my list. My brother turns 60 next year and this would be an awesome gift…..if I can recreate what you have done.

I see you gave credit to Janevski for the pattern, how would I go about obtaining the pattern for my self?

Thank you for posting-this is awesome work.

Very nice piece. I would have liked to see what the red, white & blue backer board or paper looked like before installing.

I used 1/8" Baltic Birch for the backer board. After I finished cutting it I traced through the pattern where the blue was to go on the backer board. Then masked off the rest of the board and painted it red. Followed with 2 coats of Crystal clear. Next day masked off again and painted the blue. So most of the backer board is red.
