Scroll Saw Hummingbird Vase

This is a scroll saw vase I made for my wife for Christmas. It was my first scroll saw project (I borrowed the saw) and it turned out ok. I'm smarter than to take close up pictures, but if I did you'd see that the hummingbird is pretty amateur. It got noticeably better half way through when I tensioned the blade properly. Fortunately, if we just put flowers in it you won't be able to see the flaws unless you look very closely. However, my wife has mentioned putting a light in it, which would really highlight said flaws. I'll have to surreptitiously convince her that flowers are the way to go. I used the vase and hummingbird design from two project plans on Steve Good's site.
