Project Information
This is another older project that was never posted. I wanted a clock in the garage/shop that I could see from across the room. There was an old digital clock that was hard to see in bright light so I figured I'd make one from scraps.
The woods are oak, pine, walnut, mahogany, bubinga, goncalo alves, and framed with maple. All but the maple are random widths and arrangement. The overall thickness was a little much so I had to router out a recess in the back so the movement stem would reach all the way through. The movement and hands are a radio setting quartz from Klockit. Finished just with rattle can lacquer.
