Project Information
Completed May 28, 2012: Constructed from laminated ¾" Pine for the body and head, and ¾" Red Oak for the legs and rocker. No metal fasteners used in the construction except for the adjustable foot stirrups, I made it adjustable so it can be adjusted as the child grow older. I did not like the outcome of the staining process due to the two types wood used in this project. End up using Martha Stewart metallic paint from Home Depot and finish with 4 coats of Minwax Tung Oil.
