Hi. Looks like my kind of solution. Does the work piece have to be all the same length or would spacers be okay for shorter lengths?

The blade you brought is 3/4" why not go for the 1" ? I need to go this way as well and was looking at a 1" with 4 tpi. For a 16" Jet bandsaw which I think may be similar to your one. Can I ask where is the best place to order these from in the States?
