Wood And Materials Used
Cedar
Tools Used
Brad nailer, drill, table saw, miter saw

Finished my front yard beds. The big bed is a Douglas fir raised garden bed for my wife’s herbs and spices. Different thread created for that a while ago.

I put together the cedar flower beds this pst weekend. Left them natural because I love the look of raw cedar. Put a spar urethane finish on for a little protection. These measure 18 inches tall, 16.5 inches wide with an interior width of 12.5 inches by 12.5 inches. Interior depth is 11 inches. Covered all exterior brad nail holes with cedar dust and wood glue. Interior screws/brad nails left open since they are interior and out of sight. Rough sawn for the rustic look.

Very nice! I also prefer the natural cedar and the rough sawn looks great!
