Project Information

Well, had one more design I wanted to try, had enough wood and one more stained glass piece, so went for it again…

This time, I had a little bit of Pauduc, [ spell check], anyway, I thought that would be a good wood for the top part… Man, don't like working with that wood. Kept getting slivers from it…

That's it for the plant tables, for now…

Thanks again, for looking…

Attractive piece Jack, do you have a lot of plants, or are you selling them? I thought it was cross lapped, and see it is doweled. Nice idea, what did you do to keep them in place? Spacers? Looks very regularly spaced.

I used to garden, not so much now…My Son has gotten into the plants, so he got me to thinking along the plant stand thing…

The top slats are doweled together… They are a tight fit getting the dowels through…I found if I put an end of the dowel in the drill, then it went in pretty easy…I just eyeballed the spaceing inbetween…Thought about pinning them in place but was plenty tight so just left it be…Did the cross lap on the other one…

Thanks.Steve…

Not being a gardening fanatic I can't comment on their usefullness, but they do look purdy... hope you were planted a big sloppy kiss from the missus for your efforts.
