Project Information

So as I progress with my winter garage/shop remodel I figured it was time to get the planer off of my table saw extension table and give it a new home. The design is based off a free plan from woodsmith and made with left over maple scraps from when I built my kitchen drawers and panels from an old teak wall unit. I am not sure I would have choose theses woods to go together, but is was close to a free build! The unit is stable and adds somes much needed storage and oh yea …....gets it off my table saw!

Nice looking cart. I really like how you did the teak and maple. The fact that it was basically a free build makes it look even better.

Shop furniture/stands should be "finished"

I'm a firm believer that your shop is your portfolio. Why not make your shop furniture as nice as you would the end product!

Well done! That could hold a planer or sit in a hall way.
