Pencil box
Gene style

This little box owns its life to Gene, he made a wonderful little box and since that day I knew I had to try the same game.

Gene's box.

So the game was on, some packs of color pencils, super glue and patience.
The rest was just cuts and glue.

I love this little box, thank you Gene.

Colorfull cut Ofs.

Coffee and color - what more can one ask for?

Pictures:
1. Pencil box - full of things I love.
2. Glued up and cut.
3. Starting to look like a box.
4. Details.
5. Under.
6. Thank you Gene.

I hope this could be to some inspiration, it sure was for me…

This one is for Paul - Shipwright.

Hi Chris,
No just glue to hold them together.
No problems here.
Try a different glue.

My 6 year old niece draws with colored pencils so much lately that they can't get her away from them. I thought I build her a box to replace all the cardboard ones and have them in one place. I saw the one John Choponis did and was going to turn that one. After seeing this one I decided on yours. I will try to add a lid also. Thanks for posting this Mads. I'm sure she will love it.
