Project Information

I've been searching for a way to get the drills off my workbench without putting them on the other side of the shop with the charger. I contemplated building a dedicated drill and charging station and they are wonderful ideas but losing 36′ of wall space due to being in a 2 car garage with roll-up doors, I decided finding something simpler to suit my needs.

Simple, but effective solution. I like the portability. My tool wall is always changing. Good job.

As others have said (and similar to french cleats), I can move this anywhere I want in the shop since pegboard is cheap.

I just added one of these pegboard baskets in the void underneath. It holds both my small drill bit set and driver set in otherwise blank space.
Be on the lookout, I have some more ideas for un-ordinary pegboard mounting and will post them in the future.

Cheers!
