Project Information

Here is one of my Yorkshire single pedestal dining tables. This one has a custom hand hammered copper top.
The base is a 2-tone distressed finishes.
I design and cut all of our pedestals in house. The base is made from 2 rings. The bottom ring is made from 8 equal segments cut at 22.5 degrees. The top ring is a solid glue up and the 2 rings are attached with z-clips to allow them to move independently.

That is gorgeous! I think your design as well as construction and finish is great. The finish on the base really works well with the top.

Wow, that's gorgeous! And expensive. I know how much a sheet of copper can cost, having made a few projects. It would seem that a one-penny size piece of copper doesn't come out to a penny's cost, lol. What patination process did you use on the tabletop?
