Sorry it took awhile to respond. Yes it was done with a scroll saw ()double bevel). Sure lots of different woods. I don't remember all of them. Ash sky, stained veneers, Aspen building, Redheart for the roof, spalted maple for the foreground ground.

Beautiful piece, it would look great hanging in a beach house.

That is a beauty. Soon as I finish a couple more unfinished projects, I am going to try double bevel marquetry.

Go for it! It's fun to watch a picture come together as you're cutting it out. And then it's just as much fun to put a finish on it and watch the colors in the picture pop.
