Project Information

This patio cover was added to a back yard as a transition from the indoor living spaces to the backyard areas and pool. The roof was framed so that the soffit, fascia and gutters tied in with the existing house. The posts and beams where trimmed with cedar and painted white. The ceiling is V-groove fir finished with a natural finish. The bay window is existing but the top was trimmed as it used to butt into the soffit. The house wall was continued to meet the open ceiling. The room detentions are 14'x14' plus the overhangs.

Will use this as inspiration to do the same to my patio transition.

Definitely going to be referencing this as I look to raise the ceiling height on my back porch.
