Patio Bench with Planters

nice job mate…. i've been wondering to make one of this for ages… im guessing the 2 pots were bought and the rest were placed on top nicely done… just wondering what did u use for the finishing , i mean what good to use ,im in New Zealand rainy and cold so what would u recommend

I actually did not buy the pots. I made them out of 16" patio blocks and glued them together with PL premium urethane adhesive. I finished the wood part of the planter and bench with a deck stain so it could withstand any weather conditions. You want to make sure the wood is completely dry before staining it and make sure you are using an outdoor wood and adhesive or you could your screws to put the pots together also but then you would need a concrete bit
