Outdoor sectional

Great looking couch - I know pottery barn furniture well, this is a great match to their style.

How much time did it take you to build? Also - how did you join together?

Thanks jma213. I did the large couch first just a frame using pocket joints with 1×4 slats. The back frame is the same material as the legs just cut to an angle and screwed in with steel reinforcement on three of the 5 ribs. I used a 1×2 smooth cut pine for the cross members and just used an air gun with finishing nails. The top rail in the back and the arms are doweled in.

I did have to bring the top rail on the back down a little, it stuck out. I wanted it to just clear the top of the cushion.
