Project Information
This cabinet is mounted on a Mobile Machine Base and can be rolled
to any work area in the shop as required. The mobile base has a foot operated
control lever which makes raising and lowering the cabinet easy. The
base foot lever is currently located in the back. I will be moving the lever to
the side so that the cabinet drawers do not open when moving. (OOPS!)
The drawers are installed with full extension drawer slides for easy access
to items in the back of the drawer. Each drawer is partitioned for the different
diameters of sanding covers and grits used with the various spindles.
The sander has its own dust collection bag, which works OK, and does not require
a separate vacuum hook up.
A sheet of laminate is adhered to the top and the paint selection was taken from
the color scheme of the entire shop
