Oak Chest- cedar lined

I like the base….really sets it off.

Guys thanks for the nice words-bryano, yep the cedar is the aromatic kind usually used as closet paneling. This was my first ever chest of this kind about a year and a half ago-the kids were too cheap to buy any real furniture-lol. So I built an object with really sharp mitered corners to go at the foot of thier bed and tear up the shins in the middle of the night, or thats what my son told me it was for! CharlieM1958, ty, I had to do something with the base to break up all the straight linear look I had going on!
