I meant to build one of these for a long time. This is great as a gift when invited for dinner by friends. "I bring the wine, the holder and the wine taster!"

I had never thought to angle cut the hole. I just always do them at 90 degrees.

Do these work on non-full bottles of wine? eg. will it work if theres 3 glasses worth left in the bottle?
