Seeing several of the bandsaw boxes I got the urge to try one. I used a chunk of Circassian Walnut I had left over, and proceeded to make just about every mistake possible in the construction.Learned a lot doing it, such as I need to get an 1/8" blade for my band saw, cut the front slice off AFTER you make the center cutout, and SAND in the interior of the cut out and the drawer BEFORE you glue the slices back on!!!!
But it was fun! Now I need to start looking for chunks of other types of wood to make more!
