Betsy, these are great! I haven't tried my luck on a lathe yet, but I'd be willing to bet that mine wouldn't turn out as good as these… Thanks for posting them!

Debbie - the scoop is basically a narrow bowl with the edge cut off on the bandsaw. It's pretty fun to make.

Love the turnings, plus they should make usefull kitchen items.

I have to agree with others, I got so addicted to turning that I had to sell my lathe. I couldnt tear myself away from the lathe to get other stuff done.

Nice turnings , Betsy and turning and Lumberjocks is addicting!
It is fun to blend turnings in with flat work, too.
