Project Information

Well here we go, my take on Dutchy's Morgan plans.
I hadn't been in the shop for like 3 months so it was nice to get back to work and had a ball building the car.
I added a major pain to the build making the spoke rims but seem like they will fit in just right for this car.
The blog is here.
It has a cherry body with oak fenders and wheels.
I spray painted the spokes as I didn't want white ones on the sports car.
As always the camera doesn't do the car or spokes justice.

Sweet build, detailed down to the interior and the spoked wheels are wonderful.

And, oddly enough, the Morgan understructure is made of wood, on the real cars! Nice work.

Dang that's a lot of detail. Lovely job though.
Here is your last picture. I played with some effects on my phone and it shows the detail a bit better.

Want to see the Morgan in a movie? sf Timestalkers 1985

I liked this movie way before I built the car.

Wow! Great looking car.

For the photos, try a darker background. With white paper as a background, the camera will make the car look darker. With a dark background, it'll look lighter,

Beautiful work. I've been following your blog on the build and I'm impressed. The amount of time spent on the wheels alone is amazing. Great job!
