Same situation - sharing space with a car. Everything i have is mobile and for the most part, used. '60's and '70's craftsman power tools, mobile assembly table that serves as a wing for the miter saw and either infeed or outfeed for the TS. When I can, which is often in Salt Lake, I move my shop out into the driveway. Keeps the dust and sawdust out of the shop and makes cleanup easy. Sharing space forces a certain discipline on the operation.
