Exploring new techniques, decided to design a bench in mid-century style with modern clean lines and learn how to weave danish cord seat. This piece is will be placed in our bedroom. Here are pictures of the process. I am considering to start selling my production.

Where did you learn to weave that seat? I'm not a fan of the mid-century style, but I am a fan of fine craftsmanship, and this piece is simply excellent.

Thank you very much for your comment. This is the my first attempt on weaving danish cord and is far from perfect. I put all my effort trying to get it right, the learning curve is steep but very rewarding. I am still sore of my wrists, hands and fingers but truly satisfied with the result!

That's a fine piece. If you don't mind me asking, how long did the cording take, and how much cord was needed?

That is very nice work. You could easily sell those, I think. On my list of things to do.
Cal, Richard and Helen, https://www.theenglishwoodworker.com/, have a very nice detailed video tutorial for a similar "danish stool", although they mostly use hand tools. The video ($43) has a good hour on weaving the seat. Highly recommended if you want to get into danish cord.

The cording alone took me about 16hs. but that is considering the couple of times I had to undo part of the work to correct my rookie mistakes. I used every single inch of 4lbs of unlaced danish cord. Next time I will buy extra to have some to spare.

A lovely bench in my favorite style of design. Have done a bit of Danish cord weaving and the pattern you made is not all that easy to get nice and even, good job! I feel that the stain is taking a bit from the pieze as the wood and cord blends together a bit, you would have a lighter feel to it if keeping the wood natural (or even use an oil with a slight white tint to it like OSMO Natural)
Keep up the good work!
