Project Information

Mesquite Extension Dining Table-Here is the table I will post more detail pictures when my photographer gets done with them. The base is six bentwood legs tied together in the middle with a round piece inside. The top is 56" diameter and expands to accept a 20" leaf. All is inlayed with turquoise. The bentwood legs are laminate bent. This was a fun design I drew for the customer with some other designs and she picked this one. Then I had the hard part of figuring out how in the world I was going to make what I drew. But I finally got it.The darkwood in the table base and in the dining chairs is Wenge.

See the chairs that went with this table.

I am guessing you mean a 20 inch leaf, otherwise you must have some kind of support structure beneith the top. Looks very good.

Yes, Scott, we do have fun getting ourselves into trouble and then getting ourselves out again. It looks like this came out in your usual high style. Can't wait to see the photos.

Hey Scott, beautiful table. It the mesquite 'honey Mesquite'. All the Mesquite that I have been able to harvest in south Texas ends up much redder, so i am assuming it's honey, else you bleached it.

Again beautiful work!
