Project Information

In these times we need something to smile about. This is another marquetry folly of mine in the form of a work desk for the marquetry room in my shop. It features marquetry bouquets and parquetry from the work of Jean Henri Reisener.
More importantly it will make me smile every time I go into the room.

I can see why you smile Paul ,I would too if I came in a room and saw any of that work knowing had done that. Beautiful and a lot to be proud of.

Beautiful, exceptional work. I'd be concerned about working on it, would be like working wood on a fine dining room table or some other piece of fine furniture.

Awesome! If you're going to practice that hard to be an expert in something, you at least want something to show for it. You sure got that!

Whoa! Beautiful job! I am studying everything I can on how to do this. Read my first issue of the Marquetry magazine and downloaded all the newsletters. I might have a bit of free time during this latest crisis…
