Nice lookin mallet, Now if I can just convince my wife to buy herself a lathe. Any tips?

Nice mallet and pretty wife.
No face shield at the lathe make me nervous however. A respected woodworker once told me. If your tool snaps and hits you in the face…you'll probably live and you'll recover from any injury. But what if it hits you right in the mouth and cracks a tooth. What a needless pain and expense just for not wearing a shield.
Just my 2 cents.
