Project Information

First real project from design to finish from rough sawn hardwood. Three hand cut dovetail drawers in a hand cut dovetailed carcass. The front frame and panel piece slides out and hinges down to keep the drawers in place while transporting. It locks via a half-mortised brass lock and features a CNC'ed engraving.

I admire your hand cut dovetail skill. Nice sign on first one.

Thanks, Ivan. Built a garage shop over the past year to keep building. Mostly shop projects lately but I'm working on a gaming case now out of walnut and curly maple that I hope turns out well.

Nice design on the toolbox. The drawers make it very practical. Personalized makes it better.

Nice looking toolbox. I don't believe it's mahogany but a look alike.
