Project Information

I made this for my 13 year old daughter. It's far from perfect, but she likes it. I've had the ambrosia maple for about 2 years trying to decide what to use it for. I lined all the drawers with the velvet that she picked out. I've got the knobs on order. They should be here first of the week. I'm waiting on them to put the back on.

Thanks for looking

John

Got the knobs today and finished it up. My daughter is very happy with is so I am too!

It's precious. And even more precious, it's for your daughter who appreciates it. She'll cherish it for many years.

the grain on the inside is just wonderful… it's good that you kept the continuity across the drawers.

This is absolutely awesome! The door panels really make a statement and the joinery is very nice.

Very good job! I like the maple doors. I'm thinking about building one similar with spalted maple, still not forsure how I want to do the drawers on the inside.

It's imperfectly perfect! Have you ever considered making wood handles and knobs for it!
