Project Information

New Chair design. Walnut and painted poplar with dyed leather.

The orange-painted poplar back is hand-carved for texture, and swivels to adjust to any seating position.

The seat is dyed-leather, but also a wooden textile. Adhered to the underside of the leather are 300 small wooden triangles, to create the subtle geometric effect in the leather.

Any and all critique/comments are welcome.

very unique design,i like the chair but not crazy about the back.i would have done the back in matching leather for a more cohesive look, and comfort.but overall you did some nice work here.

Wow that is someting else! Like the genneral design and the triangle pattern in the seat is suble but fine detail. As Pottz point out the back rest stands out and are not realy going well with the rest of the chair, both in color, weight and style. Would love to see a 2.0 of this chair in a more coherent design.

Always apreciate when someone areexperimenting and try to do something new. Keep up the good work!

Like the Walnut frame, the rest? Maybe as a "Art" display object? Not a chair that beckons to be sat on! IMHO.
