Definitely! I've attached pictures below of this process. I created a router guide that I clamped to the cutting board and used a palm router to route a shallow groove. Then I used the bandsaw to cut in the groove, cutting the board in half. I took the two halves and used a pattern bit on my router table to clean both sides and then glued the strip in between. I did this three times so the board had a total of 4 glue-ups.
