Project Information

Well here is my second attempt at Intarsia. I chose something I felt comfortable with and with a few more pieces then my first piece. I didn't want to get anything to complicated yet. I am having so much fun with this style cutting. This was made with cherry and ash for the mice and a piece of pine for the cheese. I just put a light coat of yellow spray paint on the pine to give it a cheese look. I'll be moving on to something with a few more pieces next. Thanks for looking and enjoy.

Nicely done, I've been eyeing that design myself as I'm about to get started with some intarsia. Hope mine turns out as nicely as yours…

I love that and so would my wife. Time….., you did a nice job on that. Where did you get the pattern for that? That could be converted into a nice carving as well. Did the pattern come out of a book or something? I would like to buy the book or whatever. Thanks.
