Nice clean looking doors. Could you share the construction details. Especially interested in the bead? on inside of frame and how you made it. Thanks

Thanks!

The styles and rails are made from clear pine, and the pannels from hardboard. I wanted to use low cost materials because this was my first try at making a door and if i screwed up it wouldnt cost me much.
I also knew i was going to paint the doors so premium wood seemed like overkill.

I cut the styles and rails with my mitre saw.
I made 1/4 inch grooves on the table saw On all the stlys and rails. I used a piece of scrap to test cut the tongue. I measured the height of my blade to what i needed remove, roughly 1/4 per side. once i made a nice fitting tongue with my scrap piece i cut my stock. I glued and clamped all my pieces and checked for square with a framing square.

For the bead, I had purchased some molding from the lumber yard and cut and glued it in place.

Over all i was pleased with the end result.
