Hey KA, Lucky we have two arms otherwise he'd have to kick one around… Neat job and before you know it he'll be building things to make you proud! While the time machine hasn't been invented, the passing of time just beats the crap out of me!

Great job and nicely detailed. I'm sure as soon as he is old enough to enjoy these he will be playing with them for hours.

That Norm Marshall book is were I started and with the same toys…LOVE THEM…well done sir!!

Thanks guys for all the great comments! So nice to hear ya'all started with these so many years ago, I hope I'm around 35 years from now to make toys for his kids, too. I really enjoy seeing all the beautiful toys you guys make, many I'd like to 'steal' and make for Rocco! Toys are as (or if not even more) addictive than bandsaw boxes - ha!

rjR - now THAT'S hilarious regarding politicians! And so true! I drilled through the fender so there would be a little more glue room but I do worry about the headlights.

htl and Crowie - I LOVE the toys you guys make - I just dream of making construction grade, mil spec and other special toys for him!

Having a blizzard here in KC, temps dropping and my shop heater puts out nothing but a fart of hot air (according to the hubby) not to mention it hogs the power so I can't run it while I run a shop vac and power tool at the same time - so grandma here dresses up like the michelen tire man to go out to the shop…ugh…however I'm happy to do so - guess I'm probably not your average grandma
