Lacewood rocking chair

Absolutely gorgeous. Unique use of that particular wood. Hopefully you branded it under the seat with your name and date and type of wood because it will probably puzzle people for years that it is made of lacewood. By the way, I hope everyone brands their work in some way with the date completed. Have haunted enough antique shops to really appreciate provenance, not to mention the hike in value if it is marked and identified.

Have to ask…did you treat it for the Furniture Beetle? I had read Lacewood is liable to attack from them but since it is permeable, can be pre-treated for it.
