I recently rebuilt an old Rockwell/Beaver jointer and could find any available designs for a mobile base/cart that fit my needs for a small garage shop. So I designed and built the the most feature rich jointer mobile base/cart ever with features that include:
Retractable support arms which reach 72″ when fully extended
Portamate mobile base kit
2 Small storage drawers
1 large storage drawer with dividers for holding bandsaw blades and edge banding
4" Dust collection hook up
Open motor compartment for cooling
