Joinery choices, bolted stub tenon or wedged through tenon

The top is 40 x 90, legs are 2 x 3, table top cleat is 2 x 2 3/8. I like bolted stubs for the stretchers, but open about the legs. Comments on joinery or other thought. Thanks
