I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around this one - are there three sets of mortised butt hinges on the back side? And is it basically one box cut apart into sections? That is one cool box!

One box cut into three sections top middle bottom with surface mount hinges on the back. I couldn't find any reproduction hinges or latches. I'll post more in a Blog
