My shop is located in my three car garage. All woodworking tools are stored on wheels in one of the three garage spaces. The other two spaces hold my truck and my wife's car. When I do woodworking the cars go in the driveway and I roll out my tools to utilize the entire three car garage area.

Grizzly 3 HP cabinet style table saw
Grizzly 3 HP 19' band saw
Jet 6" jointer
DeWalt 12 inch planner
DeWalt 12 inch cutoff/miter saw

Jerry you have a nice shop in which to work. It is well organized and it appears as if you have plenty of space to maneuver between the tool stations. You also have a nice set of tools to play with as well. I would enjoy working in there.

Thanks for the pictures. I enjoyed touring your shop.

Jerry, thanks for the tour, awesome space. And with the Grizzly DC and Delta air filter, your space will be a great place to work. Lots of great tools to work with too.

Looks great, but it also looks like you don't plan on opening the door to the third space, or at least you have to go to a lot of trouble to. How is this working out? I'm in a 3 car garage, and making the commitment to not opening the third door is an option that might be worth looking into.

Nice shop. Does the dust collector and air cleaner keep it that clean?

Welcome to LJs Jerry,

The pix reveal a good feeling to your shop; a clean, organized presentation is vital to good, safe production-and, ultimately, deep satisfaction.

It's evident you've made smart selections in overall layout and tools for performance and value-a well learned appreciation for the details.

Like the HF garage door clamp collection. It echoes mine. They're underrated with few knowing their full value.

With only some 3 posts in 4 days you're off to a superb start. Look forward to your future posts.

All the best,
Peter

I agree, the HF "F style clamps" are indeed a good value. I have been using them for years and have never had one fail. That said, I also have a number of very expensive clamps including Bessy parallel clamps that I absolutely love.

"Nice shop. Does the dust collector and air cleaner keep it that clean?"

Yes, pretty much but I do still wear my respirator depending on what I am doing and the kind of wood I am working with. The dust collection and air cleaner does indeed reduce the amount of time I wear my respirator.

The door has not been open in years. No problem.

Nice, clean, organized shop. Looks like a therapy room for a tool collecting wood worker.
