Relocated back to Hawaii after building a big place inTexas with a dedicated 22×22 shop over the garage. Got lucky and found a place with a downslope lot with large lower floor - wife got large quilting room and I got an 18×21 room to setup shop - tight but workable!

Spent first 3 Years in house renovating from top to bottom - to include making all kitchen and bathroom cabinets and doing most of the work myself (never been accused of being a smart man…). Finally have time now to work on fun stuff!

Working clockwise around the room are:
"Norm-inspired" router table
Craftsman 14" bandsaw
Craftsman 15" drill press
Ridgid miter saw
Rikon belt/disk sander
Ridgid oscillating spindle/belt sander
Own construction bench
California air compressor
Nova lathe
Delta dust collector
Dewalt planer
Craftsman 8" grinder
Ridgid table saw and jointer in middle of room
Jet dust filter above.

When I need some fresh air I go out on the upstairs lanai (patio) and soak in the view of Pearl Harbor, the USS Arizona Memorial, and he coastline from our perch high on a ridge line. Life is good!

Thanks for looking - Jim

Glad to see you are getting to settle down, well at least a little. Great looking shop, well worth the extra bones it cost.

Awesome shop, Jim. I love the floor and all that space is just great. I'm very envious! Look forward to seeing what projects you create from your new space.

Wow, That's quite a shop! I guess you don't argue with the wife over being able to pull the car in to the garage do you?

Great shop - looks like you are going to have a lot of fun in there! Nice to have it upstairs rather than in a basement. Better light and handy to I bet.
