I know that your daughter was very grateful for your being able to build her a nice custom cabinet.

Sanding / priming / painting - There is often as much work here as in building the cabinet. It really is another skill altogether that takes time to learn and get good at. The learning never stops.

It would be nice if you share some more picture with us.
