We see many posting of things made on a lathe that are truly beautiful here on this site but this takes the cake so far. It's hard to think that something more complicated and beautiful could come along someday. I'm sure it will but for now this is amazing! More than Nice work!

Unbelievable! I wouldn't even know where to start with building the blank for this beautiful bowl! Perhaps you would do a little write-up explaining a bit more? Thanks for sharing!

Oh c'mon now. That colorful ring has GOT to be a wallpaper strip inlaid to the wood right? No way you could have actually glued up wood to come out like that !

And of course I'm being sarcastic. That thing is BEAUTIFUL !!

Great looking work. Do you have any pictures of the work in progress so we can see how you did this?

I don't think I can imagine something that amazing, let alone trying to make it. Well done.

This outstanding piece is absolutely amazing. This has obviously been done with a high level of knowledge and experience. The level of craftsmanship and detail is unbelievable. I don't see how you did this with this much accuracy and detail.

Beautiful, intricate, gorgeous motif, Rahmani!! How many hours did that take to glue up? How any pieces? What species of wood? Thank you for sharing.

Wow! I hope you post more of your segmented turning projects. It would be nice to see photos of how you made some of those patterns.

I can't imagine the patience it would take to do this. I would probably give up just trying to figure out how to do it, let alone cutting and assembling all the pieces. This is one impressive piece of work.
