Matt, I can see a lot of potential in the stack of wood that you have there, beyond the simple btu content. How about posting some pictures of the inside as well. Tours of other shops are always welcome.

Hey Matt,
What a great setting but a couple of shop pics would be nice too.

I think a 4 acre woodlot is a great workshop, providing plenty of storage for your lumber. Many of us constantly run out of room to store our lumber. Please show us your basement shop, even if it is less than 4 acres.

I'll get some pics together of my very humble woodshop. You'll probably wished you didn't ask! Ha!

Great looking outdoor space to make lots and lots of sawdust. Thanks for sharing, Steve in Oregon

Some of us are still waiting for pics Mat. Most of us had much humbler beginnings then our present shops, but those of us who can say that, are probably older then you. Speaking for myself, 35 years ago I had a corner of a room in our apartment… moved into our present house 28 years ago and established a small workshop in my barn. I lived with that small mess for 20 years while raising 4 sons. After raising our boys, my wife went and got her Masters Degree and when we refinanced our home to send our sons to college, we took the extra and I built my shop underneath our barn (it was a crawl space). As for myself, I get excited for younger folks who want to get started in what I love to do. So please… post your humble pictures so we can get excited for you!
