Tony that looks like a well built machine. I like the main frame and riser mechanism. The wood selection and finish shows the excellent effort you put into it. I know the router is clamped into a "V". Is the shape of the router such that it will not creaping back on a heavy cut? Well done. Be sure to shows its use.

Well, now you did it. You built a Mathias Wandel machine with excellent results. It's going to be like the potato chip commercial says "bet you can't eat just one" Only with you I"bet you can't build just one."

Excellent craftsmanship Tony it really shows. But then again I never expect anything less from you. Wear the slot mortiser out my friend.

Did you have any trouble with the brass guide bushing sticking?

Jerry, Thanks for the "Yard compliment' I work just as hard on that too!!! LOL!!

Lee, When I bought the bushing I got a few extra and I'm glad I did. one was very tight and didn't slide smoothly. But the two I did use worked very nicely, no binding at all. When I bought the plan Matthias included a second pland for a nice Quick-set tenon jig for the table saw, I may build that next.

Great Project, and result.

I've purchased the Pantorouter plans; have discussed some alternations with Matthias; and will begin the build beginning January - I'm awaiting a new bandsaw. The Pantorouter should be an interesting challenge.

Let us know your experiences with this.

Very nice job building this machine. Looks better than the one Mathias built for himself! He does come up with some good, well thought out plans for tools, doesn't he? Then again, Stumpy has soom good plans, too. Not to leave Stunpy out. Good score on the Porter Cable router. For the record, I am jealous and I hate you for that.
