Project Information

My cousin brought me some oak milled from his property in TN. To feed my saw dust addiction. I decided to craft a gun cleaning box for him. I finished the oak to 3/4 and constructed the carcass using box joints. I left the joints proud for a little rustic look. I finished the outside with Danish oil and poly. The side opening lids were made from some left over spalted curly maple and mahogany. The design was thanks to other similar projects by lumber jocks on this site…Thanks all.
