Project Information

I made this to match a pool table for a customer. He had quite the collection to put in it. After several responses let me say that this cabinet may not seem secure and an easy target for theft. However the entire section of the house that it is located in is a safe room/area. The house is like Fort Knox and has surveillance equiptment. I do however understand the comments below.

When are you starting the second gun cabinet?

Great job, by the way.

That's a real nice gun cabinet. You did a great job. Thankfully an American can still own a gun collection like this.

Nice job, you did a fine job.
I'll tell the Danish army where to buy guns…
Who needs to go to war when you can do that at home ;-)

VERY nice cabinet…....I mean it.

Anyone that has that many weapons is at great risk for theft and personal injury

I own many of weapons, mostly hunting arms and a few defensive pieces

Also several pieces handed down in the family…...real treasures, if only for the memories

As many weapons as this guy has (and I have)

They belong in a safe bolted to the floor in the basement

For many many reasons.

The culture we live in has changed.

Now we lock our doors

And now it is prudent not to display out firearms….....when it used to be a great conversation whenever folks came over

But those times have come and gone

And as someone said above

Glad this site is pro-2nd amendment

Hope he doesn't mind having his stash pictured on the internet. Not trying to be an a$$, but I am of the same mindset as your client and would be a bit peeved if I saw my collection on a website. Especially now that cameras have geotracking tags. Just sayin…..

Woodwork is nice.

Yeah but they guy has a Barret 50 cal he could shoot you as far away as he wants. Nice cabinet and collection.

There is a guy here has 1 million dollar collection. He collects Winchesters. Old lever actions. He has a reinforced temp controlled vault. Seems a better Idea and he has cabinet in the vault.

Very nice work on that gun cabinet, I really like the lower display shelf for the pistols. I did get a little bit of a laugh from all the comments about someone having so many guns. My father in law is a gun dealer and collector and when I first met my wife he had well over 300 guns in his house (in every room but the bathroom). He has since moved them to an exterior building that is well protected. I'm sure he would really like this cabinet.

No worries, uploading picts to this site strips all the geo-tagging information. Nice cabinet.
