ca 1910 Grueby tiles in Arts and Crafts Style frames. Quartersawn White Oak. Liberon Dark Golden Oak Aniline alcohol Dye Stain, jazzed up Red Mahogany Minwax stain. Deft Spray Lacquer.
Copper Blacksmith rivets half-lap construction on one frame Black LeeValley screws in the other.
Diamond tile has especially nice curdled glaze. ,
Blue tile is a more rare Grueby design.
I bought the wood at a local Woodcraft store. Last months oak special.
