Another winner! I like the hybrid design. Not sure I can cut corners that square with the bandsaw. The secret drawers and compartments are a nice touch.

Andy, I use my dewalt miter saw for the miter corners, it's not entirely all bandsaw.

Randy, I was talking about the corners of the bandsaw box which has to fit perfectly inside the mitered corners of the outer box. Or do I have the entire design confused in my feeble mind? My miter saw sucks so bad that I would be better off cutting my miters with a hatchet! I cut all mine on the TS.

Thanks Tony, you bet, that's a great idea thanks only the key / handle would have to be stored else where other then inside of the drawers.

Oh Andy I know what you are talking about now, to get the square corners on the internal box, I do use the bandsaw since the blocks are to thick for the table saw. For that, I use the miter gauge and not the fence, I slice a very small portion squaring up one side then I flip the block over keeping the miter gauge on the same side and slicing the other side, when it comes to lining up the mitered joints with the internal box it's just a matter of cutting the miters until you get the right fit in length, but that's where the miter saw comes in handy and I'm so glad I passed my HF miter saw onto my dad and bought a DW, what a difference it made.
