...or flash drive or thumb drive or memory key or whatever else they're known as. O.K. the dimples might not be quite authentic, but it does feel nice in the hand. Ball is holly and the tee is yew. I was pleased with the accuracy of my turning of the sphere. My previous attempts have tended to get smaller and smaller, but this is exactly golf ball sized.

Memory is 4GB.

It must've been really difficult to drill all those dimples in a Fibonacci sequence!

Great imagination! Outstanding job on all those dimples. Nice round shape also. (mine tend to be squat one direction) haha

Keep it up.

Thanks very much fellow Jocks! Captain Scully - I'm afraid that Mr Fibonacci wouldn't recognise his sequence if he looked too closely!
Papadan - Google around for the type of memory stick with a simple plastic outer and remove it carefully with a Stanley knife. Some styles have an integral metal outer that can't be removed, so avoid those.

Scrappy I found that after turning to the best sphere I could manage, it really helped to set the ball between 'cups' in both headstock and tailstock. That enabled the ball to be turned in all directions to improve its accuracy.

I thought about just replacing the plastic case with wood, but the golf ball is great! Nice job!
